I was sick again last night, vomiting into a trashbag for several hours. I am not sure what is up with me lately. I have been sick more often the past couple of months than I usually am. I typically follow suit as one of those guys that never gets ill.
But, I drank some 7-up last night to quench my thirst and settle my stomach, and it magically did the job. I always wondered why 7-up works so well when you are sick. It always seems to have the little bit of umph to push someone over to the feeling better' stage.
Book update: I have finished Chapter 1 and I am halfway through Chapter 2. Maybe a small excerpt soon.

7-up always works when you have stomach flu or similar . I drink it too, it is the best remedy when you throw up anything you eat. Its pH is above 7, and then it is good for a sick stomach where the absence of food creates an acidic environment. And it adds glucose, extremely necessary for your organism. Cheers!
